The Krakow Film Foundation (KBF) is a state-owned cultural institution based in Kraków, Poland. It was established in 2007 and has a staff of approximately 190 employees. The foundation's primary mission is to promote and support the development of Polish cinematography and audiovisual culture. KBF organizes and hosts various film festivals, including the renowned Kraków Film Festival, and operates a cinema and a film education center. It also provides financial support to Polish filmmakers and film projects, and engages in international cooperation and exchange in the field of film and audiovisual arts.
