KBF will host events at Aptece Designu throughout February, exploring how space influences human experience and relationships, with activities including visits to historic and hospital-like spaces in Wesoła. Earlier, on February 1, the KBF Hiroshima Parco Store closed its 7th-floor location ahead of its renewal opening on the 4th floor on February 14, an event scheduled to feature commemorative activities. Previously, the Krakow Book Fund UNESCO City of Literature opened its call for applications from January 29 to February 11, offering a total of up to 500,000 PLN to non-chain bookstores in Krakow. This followed the appointment of Paulina Frankiewicz as the new programming director for the International Conrad Literary Festival on January 20, replacing Olga Drenda. Carolina Pietyra continues in her role as the festival's executive director, also heading the Krakow Festival Office, for the event recognized as a significant international literary festival.
