Founded in 2012 by entrepreneur, sports agent, and chief executive officer Rich Paul, it employs approximately 170 individuals. The American sports agency represents nearly 200 players across the NBA, NFL, MLB, and WNBA. It maintains additional offices in Atlanta, Cleveland, Nashville, and New York. In mid-2024, Klutch Sports Group began expanding into Europe after acquiring a major German soccer agency.
