Kyungnam University, a privately owned institution headquartered in South Korea, was founded in 1946 and operates with an estimated 190 employees. The university functions as a private university in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea, comprising six colleges: Liberal Arts, Natural Sciences, Education, Economics and Commerce, Law and Politics, and Engineering. It also maintains 15 research institutions, including the Institute for Far Eastern Studies in Seoul, which facilitate individual research and foster cooperative partnership activities with academia, industry, and government. Additionally, Kyungnam University has established partnerships with 65 sister universities across 19 different countries.
