Libya National Channel, also known as LNC or قناة ليبيا الوطنية, is a state-owned entity headquartered in Libya. Founded in 2011 and employing approximately 60 individuals, the channel specializes in broadcast television and radio, functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer. It operates as a Libyan television news channel, established after the fall of Muammar al-Gaddafi. The channel is a member of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ABSU). It aims to provide the Libyan people with news and objective information, alongside programs that do not advocate the views of individual parties or groups. LNC purchases and broadcasts programs from other Arab broadcasters and production companies.
