On March 26, 2026, Loupedeck announced the discontinuation of support for its legacy software version 5.8 and its associated marketplace, effective March 30, 2026. This decision is due to the unavailability of required cloud services and a strategic focus on the current platform. Previously, on March 28, 2025, the company stated that remaining Loupedeck inventory would continue to be available through authorized retailers while supplies last. At that time, it confirmed continued support for Loupedeck products, including warranty claims and technical assistance. Loupedeck owners would also be able to utilize future software updates and plug-ins developed for the Logitech MX Creative Console, facilitated by a shared backend platform introduced in software release 6.0.
