Telecommunications company Magticom has issued a statement regarding the sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom on February 24. The company said the matter should be considered within the framework of Georgia’s Law on Broadcasting and the UK’s Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (Unique ID: RUS3393).

Georgian operator Magticom introduced the service AI Magti Chat, an artificial intelligence system developed by Magticom to provide customer assistance. It is designed to help subscribers quickly and easily receive the information they need and get answers to their questions at any time of the day or night. AI Magti Chat is available on the Magticom website and in the MyMagti mobile application.

Georgian operator Magticom and its subsidiary Delta Comm have issued a joint statement related to their services over the infrastructure of energy grid operator Energo-Pro Georgia. Magticom and Delta Comm provide subscribers with fixed internet and TV services using Energo-Pro Georgia's regional power supply poles. This cooperation is regulated by a relevant agreement, the operators claim that they duly fulfil all of its terms, including the payment of the agreed fees.
