This followed a joint statement on January 2, 2026, from Magticom and its subsidiary Delta Comm, addressing challenges in accessing the infrastructure of energy grid operator Energo-Pro Georgia. The companies, which provide fixed internet and TV services using Energo-Pro Georgia's regional power supply poles, stated they duly fulfill all terms of their cooperation agreement, including fee payments.
