Marquee Broadcasting is a privately owned company headquartered in the United States. Founded in 2007 with approximately 50 employees, its main product is broadcast television and radio, functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The company operates broadcast media stations across Maryland, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Ohio.
On August 19, 2025, Marquee Broadcasting West reached an agreement to acquire five FM radio stations across Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley from Bicoastal Media. This development followed the August 18, 2025, departure of Val Steele, who exited US 101 Country and KDUK in Eugene, Oregon. Steele served 31 years as Program Director and afternoon driver for US 101 and Operations Manager for KDUK. Her departure came on the heels of Marquee Broadcasting West, led by COO Gene Steinberg and owned by Brian and Patricia Lane, formally agreeing to purchase Bicoastal Media's radio properties in Southern Oregon earlier on August 18, 2025.
