Mecum Auctions will offer the 250th and final Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray Stars & Steel Limited Edition convertible, a hybrid model, as Lot T320 at its Nashville 2026 sale on September 24. Chevrolet produced only 250 examples of the Stars & Steel edition to mark America's 250th anniversary, with only 50 being E-Ray models. Previously, on September 8, the auction house announced the 1958 Pontiac Chieftain, known as the "Cricketmobile" and associated with rock 'n' roll history, will head to the Nashville sale. Earlier, on September 7, a 1965 Corvette Convertible, finished in Rally Red over a white and red interior, was slated to cross the block as Lot S248 on Saturday, September 26, at the Nashville event. This followed news from September 4 that Chassis No. 60 of 100 GTS-R Commemorative Edition ACR Vipers, built in 2017 when Dodge concluded the Viper run, would be offered at Mecum's Nashville 2026 sale, with the car reportedly showing just over 12,600 miles.
