Ministerio de Tecnologias de la Informacion y las Comunicaciones, also known as MinTIC, is a State Owned entity headquartered in Colombia with approximately 1200 employees. The entity is responsible for designing, adopting, and promoting the national policies, plans, and projects for the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector. It functions as the lead agency for digital transformation, connectivity, and the management of the radio-electric spectrum, with the objective of closing the digital divide and fostering a digitally inclusive society.
