Myanmar Radio and Television

Myanmar Radio and Television, also known as MRTV, is a state-owned entity headquartered in Myanmar. Founded in 1946, it operates as a tier 1 media tech buyer, specializing in broadcast television and radio. Formerly the Burma Broadcasting Service (BBS), MRTV serves as the parent organization for the state-run Myanmar Radio National Service and the MRTV television channel. Its state-run television channels broadcast from a center in Kamayut, Yangon, while the radio service primarily broadcasts from Naypyidaw. MRTV's television signals reach 92.7% of the Myanmar population, with its radio coverage extending to 100% of the country.
