National League is a privately owned company headquartered in Switzerland, founded in 2020, which employs approximately 10 individuals. The company reported $1.9M in revenue as of 2023. The company focuses on spectator sports.
Red Bull will become one of the National League's main sponsors under a deal reportedly valid until 2029, which is speculated to add CHF 100,000 to each team's budget without including naming rights, as of March 27, 2026. This follows the global live streaming of a National League South fixture between Dagenham & Redbridge and Hampton & Richmond on March 26, directly through KSI’s YouTube channel, making it accessible to a global audience without a paywall or traditional broadcaster. Previously, on March 4, FSA representatives met with National League CEO Phil Alexander and COO Michaela Garrard to discuss a range of issues affecting clubs in Steps 1 and 2 of the non-league game. Earlier, on March 3, England’s second-tier Championship considered adopting a play-off model similar to the National League's, which sees teams finishing second to seventh entering the play-offs, a move backed by Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson.
