News Summary:

On February 15, 2026, space tech start-up GalaxEye signed an agreement with NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), the commercial arm of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), for its satellite imagery solutions. This partnership, which formally established a data reseller arrangement, makes GalaxEye the first private Indian satellite operator to collaborate with NSIL in this manner. Under the agreement, NSIL will resell GalaxEye’s Earth observation data products, including advanced satellite imagery solutions such as SyncFused OptoSAR data, in both domestic and international markets. These products aim to deliver insights across sectors including agriculture, disaster management, and natural resource management. Previously, on February 11, NSIL inaugurated a new office in GIFT House, GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, with senior officials from ISRO, GIFT City, and NSIL present.
