Noticias Paraguay, also known as NPY, is a privately owned company headquartered in Paraguay and a tier 1 media tech buyer. Established in 2017 as a subsidiary of Grupo Vierci, it operates with approximately 100 employees and primarily offers broadcast television and radio services. The company functions as a dedicated 24-hour continuous television news outlet. Initially launched as a premium cable channel, the network expanded its reach on January 1, 2019, by taking over the over-the-air terrestrial transmitter network previously held by Red Guaraní.
