Employing approximately 4000 people and headquartered in Denmark, Nuuday operates in the telecommunications and digital services sectors. Its offerings encompass mobile and fixed-line telephony, internet, television, and digital services such as streaming, gaming, and cloud solutions. In 2023, the company reported revenues exceeding $1 billion.
Nuuday announced the appointment of Carlos Moreno Alonso as chief technology and information officer (CTIO), effective October 1st. Moreno Alonso previously held the same position at Adamo Telecom and brings 25 years of experience in the telecoms sector, including roles at Vodafone. On the same date, October 1st, Nuuday also participated in the annual 'Hele Danmark Oever' national cybersecurity exercise, which began at the D15 conference centre in Noerrebro. Separately, Nuuday reorganized its operations, establishing B2B and B2C divisions. The B2C division includes YouSee, Telmore, Hiper, and eesy, and will be led by YouSee CEO Christian Morgan. Finally, Nuuday appointed Tanja Frederiksen as its new communications director. Frederiksen has fifteen years of experience in communications, including roles at Carlsberg and Tryg, and ten years of political experience at the Danish Parliament.
