Founded in 2015 and employing approximately 170 individuals, NxtDigital functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer, specializing in media and TV services. The company positions itself as the nation's only integrated digital delivery platform, utilizing a unique dual-delivery infrastructure that combines terrestrial fiber and the country’s sole Headend-In-The-Sky (HITS) satellite platform. Through this infrastructure, NxtDigital distributes over 750 digital channels to millions of households across more than 1,500 cities. It operates across semi-urban and rural Indian markets through a network of over 9,000 local cable partners, while its broadband subsidiary, ONEOTT Intertainment, provides high-speed gigabit internet services, thereby offering converged video, data, and voice solutions.
On May 4, 2026, Zühlke announced the acquisition of nxt digital, a boutique advisory firm specializing in digital transformation for financial services. Following the acquisition, nxt digital will continue its operations as a separate entity under the new name nxt part of Zühlke Group.
