On June 16, 2026, K-Pop group BIGBANG announced a performance at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum as part of their upcoming world tour celebrating their 20th anniversary, with presale access for their V.I.P fandom available through their official b.stage platform from June 21, and the presale beginning on June 24. Previously, on May 27, the Oakland Arena and the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum complex hosted Safe Kids Day. This annual event, organized by the AEG Oakland Community Foundation and the Alameda County Emergency Medical Services Agency, provided more than 300 booster seats and 400 bicycle helmets to over 1000 families across Oakland and Alameda County, offering critical safety resources and educational opportunities.
