On April 1, 2026, Belgrade Waterworks and Sewerage in Serbia upgraded its conferencing and video distribution infrastructure, deploying an IPTV-based system from VITEC. Delivered in partnership with TRS, the project replaced a legacy AV control and distribution setup to improve internal communications across its facilities. Previously, on March 4, VITEC and Datapath jointly exhibited at ISE 2026 in Barcelona, marking their first combined presence at the show since VITEC's acquisition of Datapath. Earlier, on February 3, VITEC collaborated with JODDB and Es’hailsat to deliver a field-ready Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) solution. This initiative integrated JODDB’s Dragon Eye EO sensor and Al-Oqab mobile surveillance platform with VITEC’s MGW Diamond Tough video encoding and Es’hailsat COTM SATCOM links, ensuring operators receive real-time intelligence for remote missions. This followed VITEC's partnership with Bluefin, announced on February 1, to create a new offering for their global customer base by leveraging VITEC’s IPTV and Digital Signage Platforms.
