Oman Volleyball Association, a state-owned entity headquartered in Muscat, Oman, was founded in 1985. The association functions as the volleyball association of Oman and is a member of the AVC, where it belongs to the West Asian Zonal Volleyball Association, and the FIVB. The organization is responsible for organizing league games across two divisions and a cup, in addition to overseeing the national women's and men's volleyball teams. The country has over 1,000 registered players.
