Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia

Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia, also known as PBSI, is a non-profit organization headquartered in Indonesia. Established in 1951, it employs approximately 30 individuals. The organization functions as the national governing body for badminton in Indonesia, specializing in racquet sports and responsible for regulating, developing, and promoting the sport from its headquarters and national training center (Pelatnas) in Cipayung, Jakarta. PBSI manages the national team's participation in major international events such as the Olympics, SEA Games, and BWF World Tour, while also overseeing a comprehensive domestic competition structure that includes the Sirkuit Nasional (National Circuit), Kejuaraan Nasional (National Championships), and international tournaments like the Indonesia Open and Indonesia Masters. The organization provides a wide array of services for the badminton community, including a centralized national ranking system, professional coaching certification, athlete statistics tracking, and a national selection process (Seleksi Nasional) to identify emerging talent for the national squad. Furthermore, PBSI coordinates with the Ministry of Youth and Sports to implement sport science and high-performance training facilities, contributing to Indonesia's standing in the sport while fostering community and regional development through its network of local chapters across the archipelago.
