Planet V, founded in 2020, is a privately held advertising technology company headquartered in the UK. It is a demand-side platform (DSP) that offers advertisers access to ITV's advertising inventory, allowing them to apply targeted advertising data to video buys. In 2021, Planet V announced several partnerships and product launches. In January, they launched in partnership with ITV, the UK's largest commercial broadcaster. In February, Samsung Ads became the first platform partner for Planet V. In March, Planet V partnered with The Army to launch a dynamic creative solution. In April, ITV launched real-time weather targeting on ITV Hub in partnership with Planet V.
