Presbyterian Ladies College

Presbyterian Ladies College is a privately owned institution headquartered in Australia, founded in 1875 and operating with approximately 370 employees. The college functions as an independent, private, Presbyterian day and boarding school for girls, located in Burwood, an eastern suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Established at East Melbourne, it was one of the first independent schools for girls in Australia. The college maintains a non-selective enrolment policy and, as of 2007, catered for approximately 1,550 students from the Early Learning Centre (ELC) to Year 12, including 100 boarders. Its facilities include a co-educational Early Learning Centre and a girls-only environment from Prep to Year 12.
