The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), a privately owned company founded in 2020 and headquartered in the UK, is dedicated to professional triathletes. Employing approximately 30 people as of 2023, the PTO's primary activity is the organization and promotion of spectator sports centered around professional triathlon competitions.
The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) announced the publication of individual athlete RaceRanger data after each T100 race, starting with the French Riviera T100 races on August 30. Following a suggestion from Sam Laidlow and a unanimous athlete vote, Challenge Roth was the first race to implement this. Lusail City will host the 2025 Qatar T100 World Championship Final from December 10-13, 2025, a collaboration between the PTO, Visit Qatar, and the Qatar Cycling and Triathlon Federation. New professional and amateur courses for the Ibiza T100 Triathlon were revealed for September 28-29. The World Triathlon Cup Valencia, originally scheduled for September 20, 2025, was cancelled; the T100 event scheduled for the same weekend will be relocated. New funding will support the PTO's growth and expansion into the MENA region.
