Radio Taiwan International, also known as Rti, is a state-owned entity headquartered in Taiwan, founded in 1928, with approximately 100 employees. The company specializes in broadcast television and radio and functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer. It serves as the English name and call sign for the Central Broadcasting System (CBS), which operates as Taiwan's national broadcaster and international radio service. As a public radio station, it broadcasts globally in 14 languages through platforms including the internet, shortwave radio, and podcasts. Additionally, it maintains Facebook fan pages in five further languages.
