Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), formerly known as Ryerson University, is a public research university located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Established in 1948, the university has a core campus situated within the Garden District and operates additional facilities throughout the city. TMU offers a wide range of academic programs through its seven faculties: the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Community Services, the Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science, the Faculty of Science, The Creative School, the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, and the Ted Rogers School of Management.
