Saga, also known as Dina media tech, is a privately owned Norwegian company founded in 2018 as 7Mountains. Part of the Fonn Group, Saga employs approximately 150 people and specializes in the production and post-production of digital media. Its primary offering is a digital newsroom system focused on storytelling. In 2024, the company's revenue was less than $10 million.
Dina developed a digital-first, story-centric newsroom system featuring a web-based linear rundown system. This system facilitates collaboration among editorial departments, offering workflows for planning and publishing across platforms. The company also announced its participation in the Hamburg Open 2025, exhibiting at stand B6.504 from January 15th to 16th, 2025. Additionally, Dina will have a presence at the DPP's 9th Annual Leaders' Briefing, located in both the Main Hall and VIP Lounge. The system allows for real-time collaboration on stories and scripts, enabling multiple team members to simultaneously edit different aspects of a news story.
Saga's customers primarily consist of broadcast television and radio and media and TV services companies. Examples of Saga's customers include TVNZ, GB News and TV 2 Fyn.
