Concurrently at LEAP 2026, Salam also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Water Transmission Company (WTCO) on September 3, 2026, to explore high-capacity connectivity solutions, leverage national infrastructure, and support the Kingdom’s digital transformation objectives under Saudi Vision 2030.
