On August 18, 2026, the SCAPE Construction Framework supported the transformation of Plymouth City Centre, with Morgan Sindall delivering works across four key areas as part of Plymouth City Council's Better Places Programme. This project aimed to make Armada Way a greener, safer, and more accessible destination for future city center living and events. Previously, on August 11, the SCAPE Consultancy Framework and the SCAPE Construction Framework facilitated a project that brought together Perfect Circle, which appointed Pick Everard for design support, and Willmott Dixon for construction. Earlier, on April 2, 2026, the SCAPE Construction Framework delivered the Seam Digital Campus in Barnsley, transforming the town centre with a 4,700 square meter urban park, three Yorkshire Rose sculptures, and high-quality landscaped gardens, in collaboration with Willmott Dixon.
