Setonaikai Broadcasting, also known as KBS, is a privately owned company headquartered in Japan. Founded in 1967, it employs approximately 150 individuals and specializes in broadcast television and radio, functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The company is a regional television network based in Takamatsu City (Kagawa) and Okayama City, serving the Okayama and Kagawa prefectures in the Seto Inland Sea region of Japan. An affiliate of the TV Asahi (ANN) Network, it operates within the region's commercial broadcasting landscape. With its primary center in the KSB Takamatsu Center, the station focuses on Setouchi regionalism, providing coverage of local industries, the Setouchi Triennale (art festival), and disaster prevention. The station functions as a Regional Innovation Hub, integrating 4K broadcasting with mobile apps, Smart City connectivity, and localized e-commerce.
