Showmax, a privately owned streaming service founded in 2015 and headquartered in South Africa, offers internet television. As of 2020, it employed approximately 130 people and generated revenue of around $50 million. Multichoice and NBCUniversal are its parent companies.
Showmax Kenya will co-host the second Safaricom-Showmax Football tournament at Goal-Hub Turf in Kitengela. Showmax will also provide live streaming of the Arsenal versus Chelsea Premier League match on Sunday.
