Special Olympics extended its program across Western Australian schools in 2025, thanks to Telethon funding. On March 22, 2024, ActivLives and Boccia England held a tournament at Gainsborough Sports Centre, sanctioned by Special Olympics Great Britain, with support from Ipswich Borough Council, Special Olympics Suffolk, and Suffolk Community Foundation.
