Taiwan Creative Content Agency, also known as TAICCA, is a state-owned entity headquartered in Taiwan, founded in June 2019 under the supervision of Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture. Functioning as a professional intermediary organization, TAICCA primarily focuses on government relations services to support and promote the development and internationalization of Taiwan's diverse creative sectors. The agency achieves its objectives by managing dedicated investment funds, including the National Development Fund, to attract private and foreign capital, finance co-productions, and provide funding programs such as the Taiwan's International Co-funding Program (TICP). TAICCA's scope extends across various creative content industries, including film and television, pop music, publishing, animation, comics, and cultural technology applications, with the strategic aim of enhancing Taiwan's cultural brand recognition globally.
