Telemach BH, also known as Telemach Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a privately owned company headquartered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, operating as a subsidiary of United Group. Founded in 2010, the company employs approximately 240 individuals. Functioning as a telecom operator, it operates as the largest provider of digital and analogue cable television, broadband Internet, and fixed telephony services in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On October 17, 2025, BH Telecom announced its intention to review the specific conditions outlined by the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding its proposed acquisition of Telemach BH. This followed the Competition Council's conditional approval of the deal on October 16, 2025. To prevent market distortion and the strengthening of BH Telecom’s dominant position, the competition regulator imposed six measures covering pricing, customer base, confidentiality, and divestitures.
