Telemach BH, also known as Telemach Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a privately owned company headquartered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, operating as a subsidiary of United Group. Founded in 2010, the company employs approximately 240 individuals. Functioning as a telecom operator, it operates as the largest provider of digital and analogue cable television, broadband Internet, and fixed telephony services in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On July 17, 2026, Telemach BH, United Group's unit in Bosnia and Herzegovina, announced a EUR 90 million investment over the past six years in network infrastructure, advanced technologies, and customer equipment. This capital injection accelerated access to high-speed connectivity and various digital services, aiming to transform the country's digital landscape. Previously, on October 17, 2025, BH Telecom indicated it would review specific conditions from the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding its proposed acquisition of Telemach BH. This followed the Council's conditional approval of BH Telecom's acquisition of Telemach BH on October 16, 2025. The competition regulator imposed six measures, covering pricing, customer base confidentiality, and divestitures, to prevent market distortion and the strengthening of BH Telecom’s dominant position.
