Teleste's Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on April 22, 2026, adopted the financial statements and consolidated financial statements, discharged members of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability, and approved the remuneration report for the 2025 financial year, as announced on April 23. On April 22, the same AGM approved a dividend of EUR 0.08 per share for the financial period ending December 31, 2025, payable in two installments on July 7, 2026, and January 7, 2027. Earlier, on April 1, CEO Esa Harju completed manager's transactions.
