Telia agreed on July 27, 2026, to sell its ACE Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) platform to European cloud-based contact center provider LeadDesk, a deal that includes the transfer of approximately 90 employees. Earlier on July 27, the company reported stronger second-quarter sales of SEK 20,705 million and net income of SEK 2,230 million, both exceeding previous year figures. Telia also reaffirmed its 2026 guidance for around 2% like-for-like service revenue growth. This followed a promotion launched on July 23 where a Power electronics store in Elverum, Norway, offered the standard physical edition of Grand Theft Auto VI as an incentive for customers signing up for a qualifying Telia X mobile plan with a 12-month commitment. Previously, on July 22, Telia announced it added 27,000 TV customers in Sweden during the quarter to June, bringing its base to 1.258 million, and grew its broadband base by 14,000 to 1.957 million.
