Telia Lithuania, also known as Telia Lietuva and Teo LT, is a privately owned company headquartered in Lithuania and is a subsidiary of Telia Company. Founded in 1982, the company reported $534.1M in revenue as of 2024 and operates as a tier 1 media tech buyer. It specializes in telecoms, offering fixed line, mobile, broadband, and television services to consumers and businesses in Lithuania. The company resulted from the merger between Teo LT and Omnitel in 2015 and subsequently rebranded as Telia in 2017.
On July 2, 2026, Telia Lietuva announced a EUR 7.1 million investment for 2026 to expand its mobile network, funding the construction of 50 new base stations, the modernization of 300 existing sites, and the upgrade of approximately 130 additional locations with new radio equipment. This follows the company's June 23 announcement that Vaidas Dominauskas will lead its Enterprise (B2B) unit as of July 1. Dominauskas returns to Telia Lietuva, having previously worked in various management positions for over 14 years and serving as head of the state-owned company Regitra from 2022 to 2025. Earlier, on June 22, Telia Lietuva acquired two 1500 MHz frequency blocks for nearly EUR 10 million in an auction organized by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA), becoming the largest investor in this frequency band.
