Telia Lithuania, also known as Telia Lietuva or Teo LT, is a privately owned telecommunications company headquartered in Lithuania. Founded in 1982 (though the current entity resulted from a 2015 merger of Teo LT and Omnitel, and a 2017 rebranding), it provides fixed-line, mobile, broadband, and television services to both residential and business customers. A subsidiary of Telia Company, Telia Lithuania generated approximately $500 million in revenue in 2024.
Telia Lithuania and Algo Poland completed construction of a ZeroSite telecom pole in Palanga, Lithuania on an unspecified date. The 15-meter pole is designed to minimize environmental impact. In the second quarter of 2025, Telia Lithuania reported revenues of EUR 121.9 million, a 2 percent increase year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 8.9 percent to EUR 48.7 million, and net profit rose by 21.3 percent to EUR 22.1 million. Telia Lithuania provides telecommunication, IT, and TV services in Lithuania, employing 1700 professionals. The company reported sales of EUR 121.92 million for the second quarter of 2025, compared to EUR 119.5 million in the same period of 2024. Interim results for the first six months of 2025 were released on July 18, 2025.
