The National Chamber for Italian Fashion, also known as Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, is a non-profit organization based in Italy. Founded in 1958 with approximately 70 employees, the organization's purpose is the promotion and coordination of the Italian fashion industry, along with the training of young Italian designers. It is recognized as the organizer of Milan Fashion Week, which is considered one of the four major global fashion weeks alongside events in New York, Paris, and London.
