Times Media, a privately owned company headquartered in Bangladesh, is a subsidiary of Ha-Meem Group, one of Bangladesh's industrial conglomerates. Founded in 2010, the company functions as the primary media, publishing, and broadcasting operation for the group, specializing in broadcast television and radio. Operating from the Times Media Bhaban in the Tejgaon Industrial Area of Dhaka, Times Media manages broadcast and print properties. Its transmission types include Direct-to-Home (DTH) Satellite Relay, Managed Digital Cable, Physical Press Printing, and Over-the-Top (OTT) IP Web Data Streaming, used to distribute news, entertainment, print journalism, and digital media on a round-the-clock basis.
