Turkcell's board of directors decided on September 30, 2026, to increase the capital of its Belarusian subsidiary BeST by USD 7 million or its foreign currency equivalent. Also on September 30, Takasbank initiated a default purchase in the TCELL.TE share order book to resolve a shortfall from an unfulfilled obligation in the Borsa Istanbul Equity Market, with settlement scheduled for that day. Previously, on September 29, Takasbank also initiated a default purchase in the TCELL.TE equity line to address a shortfall stemming from an unfulfilled obligation, with settlement scheduled for that date, inviting investors to enter sell orders.
