It operates as a subsidiary of Unidad Editorial, which in turn belongs to the Italian group RCS MediaGroup after the merger of Recoletos and Unedisa. Founded in 2001, the company operates with approximately 200 employees. Specializing in telecoms, the company functions as a Spanish radio station that broadcasts sports news 24 hours a day. It originated from the sports newspaper Marca, and currently, the newspaper and website form the Mundo Marca (Marca World).
