The University of Miami (UM) is a private research university located in Coral Gables, Florida, United States. It was founded in 1925 and has an enrollment of over 17,000 students. The university offers a wide range of academic programs and majors for undergraduate and graduate students, including business, engineering, law, medicine, and marine science. UM is also home to a number of research centers and institutes, including the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, the Miller School of Medicine, and the School of Law.
