Employing approximately 480 people, the company develops, operates, and leases tower sites, antenna masts, and related infrastructure to mobile network operators. Previously a subsidiary of Vodafone Group, Vantage Towers was publicly traded from 2021 to 2023. It ranks among the largest infrastructure companies in Europe based on site count and revenue.
Vantage Towers AG released its annual financial report for the fiscal year from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. The report includes a management report and annual financial statements. Separately, planning permission was refused for a 24-meter telecommunications mast in Cavan, Ireland. Vantage Towers Limited had applied for approval to construct the mast, along with associated equipment. The application was rejected.
