On August 27, 2026, BICS extended its cloud communications deal with EcoVadis to maintain global whistleblowing hotlines, ensuring reliable employee misconduct reporting for companies within EcoVadis’ sustainability rating network across 180 countries. This builds on an August 26, 2026 announcement of the expanded partnership, where BICS, a Proximus Global company, committed to continue providing its cloud communications infrastructure, including cloud and mobile numbering and international voice termination services. The renewed agreement supports EcoVadis’ global communications, ESG reporting, customer support, and sustainability surveys, particularly bolstering connectivity into emerging markets in Africa and Asia for its network of 175,000 rated companies. BICS has provided these services to EcoVadis for the past three years. Earlier, on August 24, 2026, Juniper Research recognized BICS as an ‘Established Leader’ in its IPX Competitor Leaderboard 2026 for the global IP Exchange (IPX) market.
