Its primary business is the development and provision of critical event management (CEM) and enterprise safety software solutions. These solutions are designed to help clients—including businesses, governments, and communities globally—assess and react to a range of critical events, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and acts of terrorism, in real-time.
Everbridge launched an AI-driven Pre-Travel Health Screening service to help organizations protect employees traveling internationally. This service will be presented at the Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Separately, Wärtsilä, a producer of lifecycle solutions for marine and energy sectors, implemented Everbridge's global solution to support its business travelers. Additionally, Everbridge showcased how its resilience platform, including BC in the Cloud, provides insight, control, and speed to manage risk and meet regulatory standards. A demonstration highlighted how organizations use real-time data, such as live road camera feeds, to improve crisis preparedness and response. The company noted that corporate travel spending is expected to exceed $2 trillion globally by 2029, but organizations face increasing threats to employee safety, including geopolitical instability, cyber threats, and natural disasters.
