On March 20, 2025, Vesuvius plc announced the appointment of Eva Lindqvist as a Non-executive Director of Videndum plc, effective April 1, 2025. She will become the Senior Independent Director at Videndum's 2025 Annual General Meeting. Separately, Videndum plc also announced Lindqvist's appointment to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective April 1, 2025, succeeding Richard Tyson as Senior Independent Director at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
