Vietnam Cricket Association

Vietnam Cricket Association is a State Owned organization headquartered in Vietnam, formally established in 2006. The association serves as the governing body for cricket within Vietnam. Its origins trace back to 2005 when it was initially established by expatriates as the Saigon Cricket Association (SCA), with Michael Mann and Laurie Hayward as its founders, notable for procuring the first astro pitch for cricket at the RMIT University Saigon South Campus grounds. The organization transitioned to its current name, Vietnam Cricket Association, in 2009, subsequently commencing its formal applications for incorporation and its bid for Asian Cricket Council membership.
