Visionworks of America is a privately owned optical retail company founded in 1984 and headquartered in the United States. Employing approximately 3,070 people, the company's primary business is the retail sale of eyewear and related products.
On August 28, 2025, plans were announced for a new Culver’s restaurant in West Bend, Wisconsin, to be built on a 1.47-acre site at 1437 and 1505 S. Main Street. This location currently houses an Omicron Restaurant and a Visionworks. The plan commission will review the plans, which include demolishing the existing buildings, at a public meeting on September 2, 2025. Separately, Visionworks operates a location at 355 Harrison Bridge Road Suite 335-C in Simpsonville, offering eye exams and eyewear. Visionworks also partners with Master Eye Associates, an independent optometrist. After Visionworks vacated a different building, the owners hired a consultant to find a new use for the property.
