On March 17, American middleweight contender Olivia Curry (7-3, 2 KOs) joined BoxMed, a health and safety monitoring application for professional boxers. Earlier, on March 12, Matchroom Boxing won the purse bid for the mandatory WBC World Flyweight unification bout between champion Ricardo Sandoval and Interim Champion Galal Yafai.
