On April 3, 2026, World Stage Limited President/CEO Segun Adeleye proposed that the Federal Government of Nigeria should issue an executive order compelling corporate organizations in the country to dedicate 80 percent of their advertising budgets to local media. This followed WorldStage's announcement on March 7, 2026, of major editorial employments, including Bamidele Famoofo, a business journalist and former Managing Editor of Business a.m. Newspaper with over two decades of experience, as its new Editor.
