XL8 announced on January 26 that its real-time artificial intelligence (AI) translation and interpretation solution, 'EventCat,' achieved annual sales exceeding $1 million last year, representing a 1250% increase compared to the previous year. This solution, specialized for business meetings, lectures, and large-scale conferences, has shown steady growth since its launch in June 2023. Earlier, on January 14, XL8 reported providing simultaneous interpretation and translation services for the 'SNU KIC SV K-BioX ABDD Summit 2026,' or K-BioX Summit, held on January 11 at Stanford University. The company's AI-based real-time translation and interpretation solution supported communication among researchers at the Korea-U.S. bio-healthcare cooperation event in Silicon Valley.
