These services encompass a range of support functions for game developers, including funding acquisition, marketing assistance, game launches, and monetization strategies.
On September 17, 2025, Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Xsolla. This agreement, under the Dubai Program for Gaming 2033, aims to strengthen Dubai's position as a gaming innovation center, foster industry leadership, and generate economic benefits, including 30,000 new jobs and an additional US$1 billion in GDP by 2033. Separately, Xsolla obtained resident status in the Pirallahi High-Tech Park in Azerbaijan, as reported by AzerNews via the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA). In other news, a Growtopia web shop launch resulted in a 66% increase in web-based purchases compared to similar titles and a 10% rise in average revenue per paying user (ARPPU).
